Purpose
The organized unit of the United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose
is
to know God
and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; To develop a creative, supportive fellowship; And to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
Executive Committee
The executive committee meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm
in the Speir Building. Childcare is available upon request.
Circles
We have three UMW circles offering a variety of meeting times, days and activities. All meetings involve bible study, mission projects, programs and fellowship.

Circle of Hope, Leader: Sara Thomasson, 912-335-5885
This group meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 2:00 pm in the Curry. Our empphasis is on the shawl ministry where we create shawls and fleece blankets for those in need of prayers and healing.

This group meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 9:30 am in the Curry.
Berea Circle, Leader: Janet Connor, 912-655-4813 ([email protected])
This group meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 6-7pm in the church parlor on the second floor of the Speir building.
