| Food For The Soul
|
| RHUMC and three other local churches are currently serving 280 meals every Thursday to the needy in our community. We take our turn preparing the food, packaging it and driving the delivery vans. All meals are prepared in our Fellowship Hall. A wide and varied slice of our membership, from youth to adults, volunteer to do everything including donating food items and sharing Christ with the people that are in need. For more information about the program or to volunteer, please call Diana South at 756-6878. |

| Annual Barbecue & Bazaar
|
| A tradition since 1951, RHUMC holds its annual barbecue and bazaar the Saturday immediately preceding Thanksgiving each year. 15,000 pounds of ham are slow cooked over a wood fire and served with secret sauce. In addition, you get our famous potato salad and cinnamon apples! We have about 80 volunteers each year. All proceeds support mission activities, youth events and RHUMCs building fund. |

We have three UMW circles offering a variety of meeting times, days and activities. All meetings involve bible study, mission projects, programs and fellowship.
